A girl, barefoot and dressed in white, stands upright. She is deep in her prayer in the dark. Broad and dynamic brushstrokes depict the girl’s honest devotion and piety. Behind her, colorful luminous spheres glow with mystical light. The bright figure of the child and the horizontal band of light form the shape of a cross that shines out from the dark.
